Do I Get A Medical Card If I Am Qualified?
No. You only require proof of ID for picking up your medical marijuana product at the dispensary. In case you need a caregiver
to do this for you, our physician can add them to your profile.
What Is Your No Show And Cancellation Policy?
We understand that sometimes schedules change. Hence, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or
rescheduling of appointments. Any appointments canceled within 24 hours or resulting in a ‘No-Show’ will be subject to a
charge equivalent to 100% of the visit amount.
What If I Need To Adjust My Prescription Before My Follow Up Appointment?
If you’re within the first 90 days since your last full appointment, you may qualify to adjust your dosage for the remainder of
your six-month prescription period. However, if you’ve passed the 90-day mark, a full follow-up appointment will be necessary.

Will I Be Able To Buy Smokeable Cannabis?
No. At present, dispensaries in the State of Texas are only permitted to produce cannabis products in the form of tinctures,
pills, lozenges, gummies, and sprays
Do You Accept Insurance?
No. South Texas Medical Management accepts only credit and debit cards.
What If I Am Not Qualified At The Initial Visit?
If during the initial consultation it is determined that you are not eligible, you will be entitled to. a refund of fee.
Is It Legal To Travel Outside Of Texas With Medical Cannabis?
No. It is illegal to cross state lines with medical cannabis from any state.
Will DPS Give Me A Letter Stating That I Am A Patient In The CURT Program?
No. The Department of Public Safety (DPS) does not provide documentation regarding your participation in the CURT program.
Instead, your prescription will include a phone number for DPS, which law enforcement can use to verify the legitimacy
of your medication
